Terms of service

1. Service. SEO Hub is a SaaS platform by Datafirefly Limited (CRO 810100, Ireland) providing SEO audits, rank tracking, AI visibility monitoring and AI-assisted content fixes for websites you own or are authorized to manage.

2. Account & trial. A valid payment method is required to start the free trial; the first charge occurs at the end of the trial unless you cancel before. You are responsible for your credentials and for the sites you connect.

3. Fair use. Plans include daily and monthly quotas (searches, AI generations, audits, API calls). Automated abuse, resale of raw data, or scanning sites you are not authorized to manage is prohibited.

4. AI-generated content. Suggestions are drafts: you review and approve before anything is applied to your site. You remain responsible for the content published on your properties.

5. Availability & data. We target high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Daily off-site backups are kept 14 days. You can export your data (API, reports) at any time.

6. Liability. To the extent permitted by Irish law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for search-engine ranking outcomes.

7. Termination. Cancel anytime from the billing page; the subscription stops at the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts breaching these terms.
