Data we process. Account data (name, email, company), billing data (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers), your connected sites' SEO data (URLs, page metadata, rankings, backlinks), and technical logs. CMS and Google credentials you connect are encrypted at rest.

Purposes & legal basis. Providing the service (contract), billing and accounting (legal obligation), service emails and security (legitimate interest). We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Processors. Hetzner (hosting, EU), Cloudflare (CDN), Stripe (payments), DataForSEO (search data), and the AI providers used to generate suggestions (Anthropic, and others as configured). Page content sent to AI providers is your public site content.

Retention. Account data for the life of the account + legal retention periods; SEO snapshots per your plan history; backups 14 days.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection — write to [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
